Scott Eblin

Featured on ABC News and in Investor's Business Daily, the Washington Post and Harvard Management Update, Scott Eblin is a former Fortune 500 executive, with a coaching client list that runs the gamut from Astra Zeneca to the Walt Disney Company. As president of The Eblin Group, Scott works with clients nationally and internationally to help them determine what to pick up and let go of to succeed at the next level of leadership. He is the author of The Next Level: What Insiders Know About Executive Success (Davies-Black, 2006) which Business Book Review calls a "fascinating read" that "is full of potentially career-saving advice."

Scott is an honors graduate of Davidson College and holds a masters degree in public administration from Harvard University. He has a certificate in leadership coaching from Georgetown University and is a member of the faculty for that program.

Steve developed the executive talent management strategies that led to Capital One being named to Fortune magazine's 2007 Top 20 Companies for Leaders list, placing # 2 in North America, and # 5 on the Global list. Building on his 17 years as a senior executive in Fortune 500 companies, Steve now coaches rising and senior leaders in a range of organizations and advises companies on leadership development strategies.

Steve holds a B.S. and masters degree in psychology from Montana State and the University of Kansas, a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Tulsa, and a certificate in executive coaching from Georgetown University.

Frank Ball

Frank Ball

Leadership has been the consistent theme of Frank Ball's career in the public and private sectors. Frank was an infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps for over 20 years. His final assignment was as an instructor and faculty dean of the U.S. Marine Corps Amphibious Warfare School. He spent his second career at the CIA where he was in charge of Management Training and Executive Development. He is also a former CEO and board member of American Military University, an online source of degreed education for over 30,000 U.S. military personnel. For the past 10 years, Frank has coached leaders in well known organizations in both the public and private sectors.

Frank is a graduate of Davidson College and holds a masters degree in business financial management from George Washington University. He holds a certificate in organizational development from Georgetown University and holds a master certified coach credential from the International Coach Federation. He is currently a faculty co-director of Georgetown's leadership coaching certificate program.

Steve Bowling has over 22 years of human resources leadership experience across a range of industry sectors and organizational sizes from 250 to over 50,000 employees. During his corporate career, Steve lived in both Europe and the United States holding a range of HR assignments including global responsibilities. His experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical manufacturing, food and beverage and financial services sectors focused on maximizing the potential of individuals, teams and organizations to drive sustained performance improvement. As a coach and consultant, Steve focuses on executive coaching, leadership and team development and other related aspects of talent management with global organizations.

Steve holds a M.B.A. and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and the International Coach Federation. He is also an accredited associate of the Institute for Independent Business.

Nancy Dunnells

Nancy Dunnells is an executive coach with a focus on leadership development and global talent management. In addition to her independent work and affiliation with The Eblin Group, Nancy is also senior director, Executive Education at The Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia. Among other organizations, Nancy's past roles include senior director, global learning and development for Cable & Wireless and sales executive roles with Digital Equipment Corporation and AT&T.

Nancy holds a masters degree in organization development from American University and a B.A. in French literature from The State University of New York at Binghamton. She also holds a certificate in leadership coaching from Georgetown University. Nancy currently serves on the advisory board of The Institute of Executive Development and is a member of UNICON (University Consortium of Executive Education Providers).

Mary Jane Reed

Mary Jane Reed

Mary Jane Reed is recognized and respected as an experienced executive coach and business leader. In these roles, she draws on her earlier career as a senior human resources executive with successes in corporate mergers, change management and leadership and organizational development. Building on over 30 years of business experience with Verizon Communications Inc. and Sierra Pacific Resources, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources, Mary Jane now serves as a leadership coach and consultant to clients and organizations. She is a frequent contributor and speaker at business forums and has served as program and conference chairs for several industry and professional conventions.

Mary Jane received her BA degree in psychology from Allegheny College and has also attended executive development programs at the Darden School, Wharton and MIT. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Professionals and is currently the president of the Washington, D.C. HR Leadership Forum.

Karen Steadman

Karen Steadman

Karen combines her skills as an applied psychologist with 18 years of engineering and business experience to serve as an executive coach and leadership adviser. Her corporate management experience was in business engineering at BellSouth Corporation. Prior to establishing her own independent coaching and advisory portfolio, Karen was the southeast region coaching practice leader for the world's largest human resources consulting firm. Her work there included a role in the International Center for Excellence for Coaching to help determine and codify best practices for world wide implementation. Karen is high energy and well traveled. She has developed and implemented leadership development programs in the United States, Canada, South America, Europe, South Africa, India, Australia and Asia.

Karen is a licensed psychologist and a summa cum laude graduate in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech and completed her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Georgia. She is a faculty member of the Global Institute for Leadership Development and a committee member for the doctoral program in applied psychology at Alliant International University.

Fettya Woodard - Group Coaching Coordinator

Fettya brings over 15 years of strong project management and client relationship experience to her role of group coaching coordinator for The Eblin Group. She has set up business processes and procedures for organizations of all sizes and also for well known non-profits, executives, board of directors, CEO's, celebrities, attorneys and even yoga instructors! Some of her clients and past positions have included the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation, World Wildlife Fund, Crockett Technology Associates, Lynda Carter Productions, NCS Pearson and Delta Air Lines.

Fettya is a graduate of the University of Maryland and holds a certificate of human resource management from Villanova University and is a member of the Society of Human Resources.
